Rollformers 2000 Ltd produces a wide range of custom made roll formed products for New Zealand based industries together with overseas markets. This is achieved by contracting to produce shapes in ferrous and non-ferrous metals to
specific customer requirements.
We operate eight roll forming machines complete with universal tooling that can be easily adapted to a wide range of profiles. By incorporating a Meccano-type system significant cost
savings are achieve allowing for quicker and shorter production runs without incurring the normally high costs associated with standard roll forming processes.

We operate our fully equipped engineering workshop which enables us to build the tooling requirements needed to manufacture your profiles. While our in-house engineers have comprehensive experience and abilities to produce the required
tooling in addition we have our own specialist tool makers ready to assist on those tougher projects.
